Hello. I want to thank you Alexander for your website. I'm a 56yo widowed physician. Back in august of 2012 after my son left for college I was shocked when I started viewing pornography. It was insidious at first and I rationalized it, tried to control it with moderation but spent way more time with it than I wanted. The effects were subtle initially but I then realized I was spending hours each week with it and often had binges a few times a month that could last 8,10,12 hours. Crazy! I noticed I was more aggressive with my gf, escalating the intensity of our sex. Finally on october 1st after a binge where I was up all night watching porn I discovered your website and began to acknowledge and realize how this "addiction" was changing me. So since then I have been porn and masturbation free and am enjoying so many positives as a result including a richer social life, healthier relationships, more energy, enjoyment of my hobbies, more productivity!
