hard mode day 25 night fall and some questions

hey guys!
Im not sure whether I should be posting this it not but I think I should have to be true to myself and may be u can help me on this. so that's how I is I m on NoFap on hard mode and its day 25th. I don't know what to call it but on the night ofday 7 I felt like I had I night fall but then I wake up and it was just a pre cum just a small single stain so I don't know what to call that and at that time I hadn't any dream. on day 11,12,13 I had dreams like that my brain was saying "oh u cummed u had a night fall" but then immediately I wake up and there was nothing my brain kept playing this kind of dream continuously for these three days but I hadn't nightfall and now today on day 25 I really had a wet dream it was about 3:04 am I wake up and I was like oh man what has happened and it was there I really had a night fall. Ive started going to gym since Jan 1st when my hard mode started and yesterday on day24 I was feeling very tight pumped up,my cheeks were glowing I was looking great as I posted a pic of mine on social media. but now I had a wet dream and I know I had nothing to do with the wetdream as u was sleeping and I m like continue to go on to hard mode counting tomorrow as day 26. I havent watch any kind of arousing stuff since December 31st 2016 time was about 3:30pm. so I'm strictly following hard mode. now what I wanna ask u guys it this should I keep counting tomorrow as day 26 or start from day 1 again, what was happened to me on day 11,12,and 13 and how much time is my brain gonna take to forget that it needs to give me a wet dream as its day 25 and I just have 1 wet dream. thanx bros. your help would be appreciated

 

thanks bro so tommarow is going to be day26 ! ya the after effects of wet dreams u wrote are real I ve experienced them in past and sure I need to resist the urges for 4 or 5 days and I don't even have to fight with them if I keep myself busy that's my past experience thought me but thanx to remind me that.
