hard mode for 2017

I have been on NoFap for many times and my longest streak was 47 day but after relapsing I realized that if I want to be on NoFap then why should I count days. so here I m starting journey in "'hard mode'' with no time limits. a healthy life style for 2017.I started from January 1st on hard mode. started gym and after 4 days a lot of energy and strength.will be posting more......no more counting days......
counting days makes me feel depressed........new year goals......brothers......
