HARD MODE: I just started my nofap challenge, girlfriend is going on a school exchang to other state

I use to procrastinate a lot. Seeking for the "right material", made me spend hours watching porn, and masturbating like 7 or 10 times per day.
I decided to stop my major distraction and this is my first week of NoFap challenge, I indeed want to stop watching porn, and finally end masturbation. I do have a girlfriend and we are sexually active, we have sex around a couple times on the weekend.

Now my main issue is, she is going to another state for this semester of school. She is going like far away from the west coast, she is going east coast.
This set me up to Hard mode, what now I feel overwhelming.

So, I ask for advise, and recommendations of what to do over this next months to cope this loneliness.I only use to talk with my girlfriend. I spend days without talking with friends. Therefore, I am afraid that this becomes a stage of loneliness of my life.
