Hardmode day 220+, potential Flatline

    Greetings from Brazil. I am a 15 year old teenage in a 220+ hardmode days streak, currently.
    As I remember, the first time I started seeing pornographic content was in my age of 7-8 (This is crazy, since I've been exposed to pornography so early).
    I got into NoFap approximately in February 2019, I was 13. In July, I relapsed. But I started again in November and here I am, with some doubts.
    I got a good number of Flatlines, but I'm sort of confused. With this long streak, I thought I would have already been recovered, but hard days of flatlines still break me down sometimes.
    I would like to know if someday I will be totally free of this past, since I still have urges for PMO and Flatlines, or if those days are like part of everyone's life, just some bad days.
    I'm almost sure that I am still in a Porn Recovery, but I wanna know if those flatlines will go away, or if I will have it for the rest of my life.

    First of all, congratulations for starting this so young.
    In response to your post, there are usually up days and down days for everyone, it is part of life. For someone who has tasted an escape mechanism, it becomes much harder because where the place where one could find an escape from down days is no longer an option and the body desperately craves for it (this feeling lingers from time to time but it gets easier). I usually try to do something productive or have some interaction with people around me, it really helps in easing the emptiness.
    Try to avoid idleness at all cost

    Thank God I found out NoFap. Starting early was one of the best decisions I've made in my life, sometimes I can feel a lot of benefits.
    I agree with what you've said, it is getting easier with the time. Hope someday I will no longer worry about this. Thank you for the support.
