Have any of you guys been consuming Marijuana and/or tobbaco regularly during rebooting?
Anyone trying to quit while also rebooting?
I've been tokin' on a daily basis pretty much nonstop for the past 12 years (obviously while PMOing those years to shit.) and smoking tobacco for 16.
If I'm at home though, I'd have a bowl from my bong rather than roll a cigarette.
Although I'd been smoking and PMOing all those years, I've managed to kinda stay in shape with some running, calisthenics, yoga and surfing but was never consistent for more than two months, and was never able to reach a high level of performance in any of these, which bothers me tremendously.
As for dreams, I never have 'em, or at least never remember them when I wake up.
I get 6-8 hours of sleep daily.
I have PIED and all sorts of social and emotional issues as you can imagine, so eleven days ago I started a 90 day (minimum) hardmode reboot, and still haven't had a dream. Or an erection.
I stumbled upon this radio talk with a brilliant neuroscientist about sleep(15min):
I'm starting to think there will be no recovery unless I clean up completely.
I can't stop thinking I need to quit the T'n'W too but am afraid it will all be too much for me with the reboot
Thought about waiting till day 21 of rebooting and then doing a 3 day water-only fast to get the quitting going, because, at the moment, I can't make it through a single day without smoke in my lungs.
Any suggestions/thoughts/experiences?
