As you're in a flatline with no libido, so it's easy for you to to do nofap right?
No Urges or cravings to pmo?

Do you evet feel short brief moments of libido?

  10. Is it only pied? Or coupled with libido loss as well?
I assume your case is bad too? Little to no life even with porn ? and dead with self stimulation?

  11. Guys, read my story, i posted the thread few days ago, my case is very severe pied, one of the worst cases to join this forum. I am 27, i have doubts whether it's pied or pssd..

Now could pied progress very fast in just a few months and become very bad? Also when i found out my dick was dying when i stop touching it, it was like a shock to me, completely crashed, flatline and lost or porn cravings and urges to masturbate, could it be because i know it was harming me?

  12. Every day the more I read publications, the innocence of these boys terrifies me. Boys like you.

You have nothing damaged first of all.

Nothing happens in his genital organs. They are completely fine. But, your mind (brain) is the problem. His brain is not damaged either. But, there is already evidence that excess sexual stimulation can crank up brain chemistry making you feel numb to sexual pleasures.

It makes me laugh when innocent men like you in these forums post the word "damaged"

    Nothing is damaged.

If you allow your brain to rest for a year and a half, maybe two years, maybe less, you will begin to feel the ability to become sexually aroused again. This is where libido returns (which has nothing necessarily to do with physical arousal)

  13. Very possibly you need two years to improve your sexual function. Your ability to get turned on by your partner may improve if you are in hard mode for two years.

For example, I do not consider myself a severe case (there have been physical manifestations in me that make me feel that my case is moderate), however, I plan to carry out (taking advantage of the pandemic season) a year and a half or two years of hard mode. I will only have orgasms in case of wet dreams (the truth is very rare).

There have never been posts of men who have failed to heal after doing the two-year semen retention.

Six months is too insignificant for you.

Remember that you stopped using pornography, but in the past, you continued to have too many orgasms through sex for several months with his grilfriend.

You are just about to do this for the first time. Her streaks have never really been long. For your case, it takes two years of pure semen retention to improve your ability.

After that long time you have to start having sexual contact with someone again, but it cannot be every day at the beginning of the recovery. Ideally, you should have sex only once a month.

I'm no pro, but what I've heard (read a lot of 1st hand accounts) is that healing can happen in 90 days, it can happen a little longer, up until like you said 2 years. Thats kinda a max in my opinion too. But some people heal sooner!

  15. Hi.

I tell you that the cliché of the 90 days I do not like because it has become the myth.

It is absurd that an addiction and its consequences can be cured in 90 days.

If someone is cured in 90 days, it is because they were never really addicted.

Actually, it is being noticed in thousands of reports that people are truly improving after a year and a half or two years.

Hi, I understand what you mean. 100%. You probably know more about it than me. For someone who masturbates every day, after 90 days, surely they will see improvements in their life though! I agree also, that maybe full healing takes longer. Porn is bad for the brain :( its sad because it happens slowly and most men do not realize it.

  17. Is normal to have morning wood during flatline? Because besides that, i spend all day with a lifeless p. Also i am not sure if it's normal during the flatline to have windiws of few minutes where i would be abke to feel libido, and during these moments i can get erections by thought. Other than that, i cannot get an erection even with manual stimulation...

  19. I heard some people MO to come out of flatline if sex doesn't work at first!

  20. Isn't that normal for the erection to go away fast? I mean you're not with a woman or watching porn or being aroused ?
