    After 120 days, I had a runny nose and sneezing and it still continues (14 days)
    Could it be due to a change in hormones?

    Yes, he said that this is allergy. But he didn't know I am in nofap.

    You may be allergic to dust or dust mites or dead cockroach husks. Or even to certain food ingredients or to pet dander. Ask the doctor to give you an allergy test
