Has anyone here seen miracles happen really fast in terms of shriveled dick growth?

Not that I'm expecting it to grow back to normal size asap on a streak within 30-60 days, but maybe 90-120 days of abstinence? Was anyone here genuinely surprised in how fast they recovered once they eliminated the PMO or is it always gradual and very slow for severe cases? I consider my case severe enough.

I'm more interested in brain fog lifting asap, I can't stand this anymore.
