Hello

So I have been fapping for a few years without libido.
Before I could feel the urges, but 4 years ago I started doing it by habit, a few hours daily.
- to use my free time
- to feel the feeling when almost reaching climax, pause and restart

No libido since 4 years
Strong erections only when falling asleep, during my sleep
Weak and slow erections during the day

Has anyone experienced this and recovered from it ?

I am 1 month in, pmo free, and I don't feel any change.
One of the signs I am waiting for is having urges for porn, like I used to have 4 years ago. It sounds bad it would comfort me.
