I'd like to know if anyone here has tried supplements as part of the healing process. To my knowledge, vitamin Bs can help a lot.

  2. I have but it really depends on what condition your liver is in. If it's already full of toxins you'll want to really consider your choice of supplements. One man's miracle supplement may be another man's toxin. For instance I've had inflammatory respones to zinc early into my streaks but then have tolerated it further into it. Point is your body needs to be able to handle it.

Personally, some of the best supplements I've tried (for me) are zinc, magnesium, iodine, probiotics, enzymes, gaba and NAC. I've had trouble processing B-complex, D, B12, adaptogens (ashwagandha), all kinds of herbs (ginseng and what not).

So you'll really want to test what works for you or not. In any case I wouldn't pop them every single day. The best supplement really is nutritious food.

I take B6 and B12 along with C. I can tell you the for me, St. John’s Wart and CBD oil has helped with anxiety and depression. Recently I have started supplementing with Kapikkachu and have noticed a market improvement in reducing any desire to view porn. I think that’s because it acts as an L-dopa stimulant. Like the previous member said though, a lot depends on how healthy you are. I would encourage everyone to eat healthy foods with lots of fruit and vegetables.

Take zinc supplements and b complex, vitamin C and E...........you can also take ginseng with royal jelly at night for 1 month. It really works. But never give in to urges.

I've recently been taking Airbone vitamins (the tablet kind) which comes with Zinc and some ginseng in them. However, I've been noticing that I'll get horny and with that and impending test date coming up, it's become a little too much to deal with and I relapsed yesterday as a result. Will try just having normal Vitamin C through fruit and see if that'll help prevent me from relapsing again, after a week long streak

I have been taking Vitamin D as after I was tested a week ago was severely deficient. I am thinking that stopping all the fapping now brought to attention this deficit which has me feeling very down and anxiety as well. I take one pill of 50,000 ounces a week and this was my third week. Starting to feel good but could be better.. Zinc supplement once a day as well of 15mg. Some people take 50 a day but I am worried about side effects.

In my case it was just general anxiety and severe depression. I hope to wean myself off of the St. John’s Wart and CBD oil at some point. All is much better since I recognized my addiction to porn and told my wife. Haven’t had any desire to check it out whatsoever ever since. I plan on keeping it that way. Happy to hear you are doing better with your social anxiety. I think so many of these symptoms are the direct result of being engaged in porn. It is refreshing to finally feel present in life at all times.

I take fish oil, multi vitamin, calcium, magnesium citrate, and zinc almost daily. Trying myself to eat a bit healthier as I gravitate towards greasy foods, which probably don't help any form of addictions actually

Nice job! Definitely recommend staying away from greasy high fat foods. You will feel a lot better doing so! Keep at it!

Im supplementing a lot. The most interesting thing i found out is, that when im eating chocolate a day, even not much, it will ruin my stomach and make my supplements useless. Its really like the chocolate is blocking off all of the good things you eat ( same for all kinds of sugar)

From all the things on the market i can only really recommend this one https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B0792F6Q43/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
All other things i tried, which are mixed Boosters are having not enough ingredients, this one has a good balance and it is affordable

Thanks for the reply. I believe these are temporary symptoms as well and I hope my sleep gets back to normal as well. I was thinking of taking the St. John Worts as well. You said you have had positive experience with that..??

@Timetorecover From which site did you order the Kapikkachu ? Is it advisable for only those at a certain age?

The best "supplement" will be abstaining from PMO in the first place since it is "Porn Induced", I think the brain needs to correct itself by learning again to be attracted to real people again, not fantasy people one after another.

Eating healthier probably helps altogether too, more fruits, vegetables, etc...Something I really need to work on myself

Have you noticed any difference when you take L-Arginine?
I was taking 3grams of L-Arginine a day. For the gym and I heard about the potential benefits it has for erectile dysfunction. I didn’t notice any difference and I was taking it for about a month.

I’ve literally just bought another supplement called Citrulline Malate. It’s supposedly similar to L-Arginine but from bodybuilding websites I’ve heard it’s better. Haven’t tried any yet, will try tomorrow.
