    Hi guys. I’ve Been going through insomnia throughout my whole journey but something happened yesterday which freaked me out.

    I was lying in my bed, half asleep and as soon as I gradually got to my senses, I realised that I was hard and I was kind of masturbating. This isn’t something that I consciously knew I was doing, it was more of like a sub-conscious act. Fortunately, I didn’t relapse because as soon as I realised what I was doing, I immediately stopped. But has this ever happened to anyone????

    It’s really crazy what the brain can make you do when you starve it of the dopamine rush

    I have never had this happen to me before. I only dreamed about masturbating but not actually masturbating that's crazy

    were you masturbating by using your hands?if you weren't it was probably just a wet dream, and even if you didn't have a dream,sometimes you just automatically do it.Happened to me once.Wouldnt count as a relapse if it does happen bc it happens unconsciously I think

    It's happened to me as well. Very disturbing. Just like sleep walking it's something that is hard to explain.
