Have you been keeping track of your streaks? If so post them!

This is something I've been doing when I first started nofap. I keep track of my streaks to see if I'm improving getting worse etc. Its good to reflect as well because this last streak I had was probably the best 29 days. I would say it was better then my first 61 day streak because I have gotten used to flatlines and better handling of my mental health.
