Have you done any productive thing today?

Ask this question for yourself at the end of every day.

 

If you have done something productive today, Remember to tell yourself that Your are doing great
If not find out reason why, list the reasons onto something concrete (board,paper..etc) and reason them out (By asking if its really needed?)
Strike them out and keep it aside distracted see the list and acknowledge yourself that if its just a distraction.
