Having a gf?

This is a question asked a lot on here and I think the answer is it could but each case is different. My partner has PIED specifically until he stopped using P he could only O from his own hand. He could do it in front of me but sex and any stimulation I gave did nothing. I say first do not use your hand at all let your only method of O be from her, her hand her mouth or sex. You need to retrain yourself to respond to a different kind of stimulus. Using your hand just reinforces old pathways for you and that will delay your progress. It may also increase your urge to Fap because hey now that felt good old friend let me do that again later. I think having actual sex is good for most couples in recovery it was for us but you need to decide. Often if you don't experience the quick recovery you expect in sex it can send you into an emotional tail spin leading you to PMO.
