    You're allowed to have sex with your girlfriend. You just have to avoid porn and masturbation. It's called Nofap not Nosex.

    I'm not sure if this has been said already because I didnt want to read every comment. Abstaining from any O is hardmode. If you have a girlfriend, you can do normal mode. Just stay away from porn and only O with your girlfriend.
