Hey guys, I'm day 57 of NoFap hard mode. I want to ask something that what should I do when I have glances of porn unintentionally? I try just best to keep myself safe but sometimes it's impossible to avoid. Is there any effect on my recovery process? Or will it slowdown my recovery??

If it's a genuine accident and not "accidentally on purpose" then it shouldn't affect recovery but it can still be dangerous. I blew a two month streak because I came across a triggering avatar and post whilst reading about coronavirus on twitter. At first I scrolled past it but then a couple of minutes later looked at it again for a few seconds, afterwards I closed it and did something else instead but all day it was just on my brain and eventually led to relapsing so if it's best to avoid it all together where possible.

I do not think so. It's quite difficult to avoid porn these days. Everywhere you look there could be a picture or a text that's triggering.

It happens to me but it does not affect me because as soon as I see it/begin reading it I move on and forget about it.

However if by accidental you mean "accidental" (meaning you viewed in on purpose) then it will affect you in the long run because it's like being a recovering alcoholic and taking a sip of liquor. Well trust me this "sip" is going to turn to a glass and then a bottle and so on. The same with PMO. First a picture/text then a GIF then a short video etc etc

You need to install porn blockers on your computer or phone, and you should deactivate your social media accounts.

Porn blocker is useless. It never works. But I already deleted all friends and groups which can be dangerous for me to stay....
