I am struggling to give up porn and generally playing with myself. It is very disturbing the amount of time that I spend thinking about it, and I really want to get this under control and stop wasting my life away. It is deeply affecting my life and my marriage at this point!

It affects everything, sadly. Does your wife know you are working on this problem? Having it out in the open in huge, plus she should know what is going on so she doesn't keep blaming herself.

Hang in there LordNess. Not sure what all you've done to succeed, but for me, I needed to delete all of my online (sex) accounts and committed to my partner that I was no longer touching my manhood in a sexual way. I think about how much I love him and told him that moving forward, the only time I will allow myself to "o" is when I am with him. Are you having discussions with your wife?
