Hello guys, I know this question has been asked a lot but I just need to know if this counts as a relapse. So before my wet dream I was on a 35 day streak and during these 35 days I've experienced 6 wet dreams. I believe that 5 out of the 6 wet dreams have been sex related but my last one felt real. So in the dream I was dreaming about a woman with a great body and a provocative outfit then suddenly I ejaculated and instantly woke up (It was 8:30 AM approx). I've seen a lot of people saying that wet dreams don't count as a relapse but this was a sex dream and I felt like I craved it so much that I didnt stop it.

  2. I have only been here a week and had this same experience multiple times. It is more of a waking/lucid dream. I also didn't stop it but was fully aware it was happening. According to the terminology this community uses, it would be a reset and not a relapse. Don't stress about the counter (although I didn't see one on your post) and start a journal in your appropriate age group, if you haven't already, and write down your experience and how you felt. It will be helpful later to get a sense of your actions/reactions to adjust your behavior/pattern to achieve your goals.

Well, if you did not sexually aroused or touched yourself before bed, it should not count as a relapse, we can't control or choose with what we'll dream about, so it was not your fault. At least that's my opinion.

Last night I had a wet dream, just when I achieved one week streak of abstinence, but I don't remember anything I dreammed about, I just noticed when I woke up in the morning... Probably a body regulation, as it was not used to wait so long to ejaculate.
