Hi,
I started my nofap journey last month from 22 November but after 15 days during morning while I'm about to wake up I had released sperm in my short and i didn't watched porn since when I started nofap. But after that one of my best ever friend started ignoring me and Im depressed alot when she starts ignoring me. So I had sex like things with toy is it a state of relapse or I'm still in this journey

Yep ofc what did you expect from flatline? It comes and go in this journey sir, its un predictable yet we must face it

Im in day 45 , from day 30 until today im on flatline phase which my second flatline
 
Noah Church, one of the pioneers of all this stuff, says if you are ever going to masturbate it's best doing it with something that is as close to a real vagina as possible. So he has recommended using a fleshlight, or using lube and masturbating really slowly, making it as close to real sex with a real vagina as possible. Obviously a fleshlight would be more recommended than masturbating with your hand using lube, because a fleshlight is closer to a real vagina.

Noah's stance changed on this. He used to believe you should never masturbate or use sex toys at all. Where as now he thinks sexually conditioning yourself towards real sex as much as possible is actually a good idea.

Basically the point here is this. If you have constantly masturbated using your hand for years and then the opportunity of sex comes along, the females vagina is going to be nothing like your hand, it is going to be completely different. Where as say you went for years using a fleshlight every time you got yourself off, and never masturbated using your hand. The females vagina is going to be much closer to the fleshlight than what it is to your hand. So you have somewhat sexually conditioned yourself to a real vagina if you used a fleshlight for a certain period of time.

In all honesty, it's most likely closer to relapse because the thought patterns that lead to using porn are similar to the use of a sex toy.

I can empathize though, because I bought a fake ass/pussy in college and it felt pretty amazing. Funny story, my roommate found it and asked if it was mine and I was like "haha NO not mine some loser must have left here" and then he threw it away :(
