Having trouble avoiding grey areas

    Recently I've been struggling with what I've come to know as "grey areas".
    More specifically, I may search up something that is innocent in and of itself, but I know darn well that I'm scrolling in hopes of finding something exciting. I have been able to stop myself on several occasions, but it is getting more and more difficult.
    I'm posting this for the benefit of myself and others to know that, if you struggle with this particular thing, you're not alone!

    There's no secret or trick to any of this. You just have to not do it. It takes effort at first, then it becomes a habit, then you forget about it.
