heading to a new direction

    I'm coming back from the hell straight to the even. Addiction and compensating are your anchors. Maybe, because i was a smart person but with no good targets to let my energy out, i had a lot of anchors, with too much intensity. Nowadays, i'm going from the bottom of the hell straight to the heaven.

    The Love (need of someone feeling alone) or the Need of a intense relationship you can't succeed to achieve (for others people) or the Lack of family or some reasons i don't identify for the moment - can lead you straight to the hell trough the addiction and compensating. You can love in a healthy way, but you can think you are whereas you are just overcompensating with too much intensity in it and you don't even realize.

    In our case it's the masturbating but for some others it could be the food, the TV, the smartphone (social network), the purchase, etc. The love of the shot of dopamine to have the illusion of happiness.

    The key there is to heal yourself, love yourself, be proud of yourself, find a spirituality level, find the way that works for you to heal yourself. But you need to work on the cause and not just try to fight the consequence (deacrease your smoking habit, try to moderate the food intake, etc.). Because if you fight the consequence only, the cause will stay there.

    MASTURBATING AND PORNOGRAPHY, on my thought, is a compensating habit, that unload your stress or your lack of happiness. Use the personal development and enhance your ability to understand what is happening inside you to fight the cause and the consequence will fade.

    Use your "desire to compensate" like indicator to know if you are in the good direction or not. And try to moderate your bad habits (addiction) temporary, the time you need to find the healing ways.

    Loneliness is a result of a lack of something somewhere.
