Hi all, Music can be powerful in the healing process. I'm starting this thread in hopes that we can share music with each other that has been transforming for us in past or in present. The rules are: 1) Post 1 song per day (preferably with artist's name so we can find it easily) 2) No cursing 3) Optional: Post genre of song 4) Optional: Post lyrical highlights or a line that exhibits main message of song 5) Preferably post music by Christian artists, but if there are inspiring secular songs with sound messages they are welcome

I always have time for Ben Harper and for the Blind Boys. I have seen both in concert and absolutely loved them both. Blind Boys will always hold a special place in my heart. I went to see them with my father, he has now passed on. A great moment - father and son sitting together at a concert. Love you Dad, rest easy And as for Ben Harper, his was one of the most spiritual converts I’ve been to. It may have been his lap guitar playing. It created an amazing atmosphere.
