I'm 40yo male and I lead life being aware of by body. It's kinda as hypochondria but I don't have fears of illness, rather, I want to be in control of my body and life. Because of that I've become aware of problems that I had when I consume P, which seemingly aren't connected but by repeated observation they proof that they actually are. I encourage you that you share yours also so we can compare results.
    Here are my observations:

feeling mentally irritated/angry/sad/"not my own" - it has been mentioned so many times here on the forums as how PA causes psychological problems like low self esteem, but I would like to focus on precise feelings. In my case those would be feelings of anger, sadness and fear after watching P (or PSUB). Watching P is always causing arousal in frontal lobe of my head which psychically feels like high rush of blood in that part of head and staying there causing like pressure without pain which in turn causes me to feel irritated mentally, similarly like someone is pushing me hard with tasks on my job so my head wants to burst. That pressure would only come off by O where the problem is that if it comes off by MO it would cause feeling of guilt and brain fog, where if it would come off by sex caused O everything would end fine (except that the sex would be more like trying to empty my balls to ease the pressure rather that enjoying the feeling of joining two bodies together).
Just to say, normal arousal from other RL person causes only arousal of penis, never arousal inside of head or pressure in frontal lobe.

haemorrhoids - I've noticed that after being aroused by watching P for longer time it causes haemorrhoids to occur. I would say it has to do with swelling of blood vessels in prostate area due arousal but it definitely is connected and occurs sometimes after a day, sometimes after few days into relapse. Haemorrhoids on the other hand clearly contribute to ED where if I've left them untreated, I couldn't get E but if I would treat them (use some medicine locally n the area), E would restore next day

IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) - I've noticed that after being aroused by watching P for longer time it causes my stool to soften. What I've figured out is not that it causes it directly but that arousal caused by P has something to do with compromising functions of a bowel so that it becomes irritable and because of it a lot of food can cause irritation and with it soft stool. By "soft" I don't mean watery fluid, rather I mean hot smelly farty stool with consistency of soggy mashed potatoes which leaves you with feeling like you can't get it all out of you on the toilet (can't get the feeling of being emptied properly). The food that would really get me going was ones with high fructose levels (FODMAP list) like onions in any form or preparation. That kind of stool would cause me ED and no sexual desire. After I would get my bowel under control, E would be restored and sexual desire would rise

those are mine that I've noticed, you can share yours
    Cheers and keep strong
