Healthy coping methods for loneliness

    Suffering is acceptable if there is a good reason for it.
  2. Go to new places, or places you haven't been to for a while. Learn new things or take up old hobbies.

    If in doubt, go for a walk.

    Whatever you do, don't PMO.
