Change yourself I believe. You just have to analyze what stops you and why you can't approach to girls. Fap and addiction is always one side of the coin, there's always something bigger hiding which poisons your life.

by healthy i meant not just getting into relationship with a girl but overall when i communicate with the opposite sex.

I have that sort of Anxiety around female classmates.
