Has this happened to you? This happens a lot to me and I feel like it is preventing me for living in the present most of the times. It also feels like it is meant to cover something, maybe a line of thought.

The music just plays and sometimes a word or some cue triggers another song, and another, and another. I even adjust my breathing to the song that is playing, it is annoying and sometimes very, very intrussive.
I've been emotionally vulnerable for many years and I think this may be some defense mechanism that is no longer of use.

This is the first time I write or talk about it and I don't think it is a serious issue, but something I have to address and get to control because it uses much mental energy!.

  2. Yeah, it happened to me a lot when I was working at a place where they kept the Television running 24×7... I would keep replaying all that sh!t in my head even in sleep and it fucked me up pretty good for the duration of my stint.

Lol this reminds of ‘All day and Night’ by Europa, Jax Jones, Martin Solvieg.

    What's this, man?

Well I didn't thought four people would come and have this in common, really.

Dude it needs to stop. I am surrounded by noise for most part of the day so maybe that have something to do.

Also I listened to a LOT of music while growing so I have an effing song for every moment or object. That's just really annoying.

    That’s actually awesome.
With a few other skills we could go become a DJ.

I actually love to play music for others and people ussually say they like my taste in music, basically I tink because I know some song for every ocation. But anyway yeah that could be a good use.

  10. No because put inside yourself 440hz music all the day is not safe since we vibrste at 432hz and honestly i don't know why you don't have Headchaces

    What is that sir?

  12. 432hz is the natural sound in nature. Cd, Dvd, Music, Phones, all of them instead vibrates at 440hz (because some genius decided to apply the global standardninn1953, probably they are the same that say Porn is gopd) and if you compare 440hz music and 432hz music you will immediatly understand a dfference. I always use 432hz for relax, meditate and sleep.

Yeah I heard about that but I'm very careful about believing every red pill available.

You mean like the frequency of the transmitted audio? Can that be really changed if coming out of a digital device or is it only a live performance thing?

  14. You can Verify by yourself on youtube wjot the test what frequency looks better in your head. Honestly i have problems with high frequency, high music, motpcycöw that pass, etc. i'm exposed but o readed a lot rhis problem and verified by myself....

That's why I ask. If I hear it through a digital device, a recording that pressumably plays at 432, does it actually?
