    I kind of always had a headache after masturbation.. The post M feeling have never been good.. It's weakening, headache, depressive as well.. Not a continued feelin of satisfaction.

    I have not masturbated or had an orgasm for six days.
    But today I watched porn because of my weak will, while I didn´t masturbate at all I felt a heat inside my head as if my brain had a fever and I kind of feel uneasy because I don´t know how bad it is.

    I believe you should give the nofap a try..a long term hard mode. Pls dont expect too much benefits in too short time(say in just 30 days or so... Though some people see short term benefits as well, including me)..but long term abstaining will eventually make you feel awesome. Everything depends on how determined are you for a change and if you are ready to test your patience. You will not regret it.

    I had headaches when i watched porn for hours continously
    But in your case, i think it's kind of withdrawal symptoms. If was correct then it's means rebooting is working on you , but it's only 6 days Hmmm :oops:
