Heavily addicted to porn.

Hey all, just joined this after I was told by a friend that many times that I decided ok might as well.
I am a 19 year old Male from Queensland, Australia. I always believed that I was not addicted to porn or masturbation as I didn't really want to admit to it. But it definitely does take up a lot of my free time as usually when I was bored I would just throw on some porn and end up watching for nearly 7 hours.

Just as of recently about two week ago I was watching porn up to 5 hours each day and at one point ended up masturbating 3 times in one single day. I'm not really sure what happened or why it happened but randomly about a week ago something in my brain just clicked and I haven't had the urge to masturbate or watch porn since.

So far I'm about 7 days in with no PMO (except for a wet dream, but I'm unsure if they counts as a failure?) and hoping this feeling continues. As at the moment I feel quite chilled out. Still gonna be honest I have some real shit anxiety they makes me contemplate life sometimes but I don't believe it's related to excessive masturbation. Thanks for taking the time to read.
