CHALLENGE STRUCTURE
  • Six days of Planned Hell.
  • One day of planned Rest.
  • Each Hell Day requires you to work on all 3 aspects: Physical,Spiritual /Mental, Work/Academics.
  • You are required to have a wake/sleep routine.
  • You are required to have a workout plan for the week.
  • You are required to spend time reading scripture/praying/meditating daily.
  • You are required to work ceaselessly acquiring skill/work /knowledge /academics.
  • Zero Procrastination, no Netflix,phone scroll time < 20 min.
The last day of the week is Rest day and you are free to do anything.

How to Start?
A dream without a plan is just wishful thinking.


  • Post your plan for the HELL WEEK. One that you know will push you to your limits.
  • And simply get it done for 6 consecutive days.
  • If you fail to deliver on your strict plan, take a day's rest, and try again.
On successful Completion of your HELL WEEK, your name will be added to the Hall of Fame.
You may complete your HELL WEEK again and get additional Stars and mention added.

PARTICIPANTS & PLANS
My everyday schedule is . Wake up naturally . Breakfast . 4 hours of academics, 30m meditation, 2 hours of learning a foreign language, a workout, socialising time with family and friends . Going to bed is 10 pm .

I didn't include my other meals, basically I eat 5 times a day . Sleep is 10 pm, but sometimes I can go to sleep earlier from tiredness. I usually wake up at 7 am nowadays, but didn't won't to have an alarm, so I want to get up naturally . 6:30 - 7:30 it will be. More, I would love to enjoy a 20 minute nap around the meditation if I can
I will start this plan from. MONDAY...
Sunday... Is for to build a momentum.. :)

* better not find me sleeping after 9:00 AM.
* cleaning + 1 time dishes.
* 1.5 hr work at the very least..
* book reading (complete the one that I have started.. And start the next one.)
* Quran reading
* Surah Yusuf lectures everyday.
* nofap... No more than 2.5hrs.

- Wednesday: DP: 8
- Thursday: mid-week call
- Friday: DP: 9

This is the new plan.. And I really need to do this in order to have a tiny bit confidence in myself again...

HELL WEEK PLAN

Waking up at 0530 hrs
Sleeping before 2230 hrs

PHYSICAL
Wim Hoff Breathing.
Morning stretches.
3 days/week fasted Workout, ab training on rest days.
Kegels.
calorie tracking
SPIRITUAL
5 daily prayers on time.
Quran reading 1hr.
MENTAL
21hrs total study time
Quick maths brain training.
Meditation 10mins
HABITS
Phone time > 1hr
reading a book.
Mindful eating.
Showing Gratitude to God.
Waking up at 4:25am
Sleep before 10:25pm

PHYSICAL
3 Abs Workout (32 legs raises, 40 cross climbers, 32 reverse crunchs, 80 mountain climbers, 36 Russian twists (5kg), 36 crunchs, 1 min plank)
3 Chest/Arm workout (36 reverse /staggered arm/ diamond push ups, 16 spiderman push-ups, 36 dips + forearm routine)
Cold shower only
3 running HIIT of 15 minutes
MENTAL
Study 6 hours for my upcoming exam
Work 2 hours a day for my master's thesis
Study 2 hours a day for my next exams
30 minutes of deep focus meditation everyday
30 minutes of strechting everyday
Practice Stoicism
HABITS
Positive affirmation every morning
Technology break from 1:00 to 4:00pm
Journal my day and seek for improvement
Moisturize my skin

Lol don't know if I like the sound of "hell" but this looks interesting. I need some more structure, especially around phone use. Not sure exactly what to plan, so don't count me in just yet. I'll keep an eye out for ideas.

I am in. Since I am working hard at the moment . I will probably take Saturday this week and will start writing here structures, plans as you required . Let's get it .
Looks like you've got some balls.
Hopefully I'll take the Sunday to lay a plan for myself.

Seems great to me. Be sure to exclude mindless scroll time. Checking in everyday till you make the week would be ideal. Or you could go AWOL, your choice

(I don't know if my plan will look like something serious to you or complete the requirements of the challenge.. Because my work schedule is fluid.. I need to be available to people all the times and it really depend on them how much they will be contacting me.. So I just went with my gut's hell)

Household: cleaning + 2 times dishes
Reading: Quran... Book (the one I started last week and more) ... Chemistry studies
Work: complete the to-do lists ON TIME (+1day)
Exercise: 10.minute walk + 15 minute yoga..
Wake up time: 8:30AM
Sleep time: 11:00PM

Starting from tomorrow.. Go, go, go...!!!!!!!

(I don't know if my plan will look like something serious to you or complete the requirements of the challenge.. Because my work schedule is fluid.. I need to be available to people all the times and it really depend on them how much they will be contacting me.. So I just went with my gut's hell)

It was going as planned but one call turned way longer than I expected and I was avoiding that one for some time because I knew it was gonna be tough! So, yeah!! A HELLISH day!

Keep it up! You can never have a perfect day, only striving towards doing your best. And that's what makes it perfect.
 
Today was not a success either.. And I felt like I need to revise my plan a little bit. Make it a bit more flexible. Because my routine is so fluid.
But not today... Also Ramazan has started. While I have a plan for that.. I need to tweak it too.. So, tomorrow... Here I come!!!
