Hello.... again!

I’m not new but been to long since I took this serious , I have to be honest I have had a serious Period of PMO as an all day every chance I can get .
But something hit me today that made me think ( which I haven’t clearly, for a while now ) what am I doing !!! And have said ‘now I’m serous , and ready’ but I really am . I’m a slave to PMO that is all my life is basically, especially with covid so please all the help would be amazing
