Hello all- from USA New England Area

    Hello all

    I just wanted to state that I am an addict that wants no more with any porn.

    I have had a problem since I was 12 when my friend first showed me a video at his home. Now, almost 20 years later, I am ready to call quits. Just typing this made me realize I have had a problem for 20 years!

    I was also empowered by the Ted talk about the NOFAP project.

    I'm glad there is a movement and I am proud to be part of this movement.

    I am only Day #0, but my goal will be to get to 90 days and hopefully for life.

    If any of you have tips for novice like myself, please post!
