Hello all, I am new and in need of help.

I am a 21 year old male from India.
I joined this community because I desperately need help and I'm hoping you can help me on my journey.

I apologize for my crude introduction but right now I am in a bad mental state. The reason being I am highly addicted to porn and masturbation and last night I feel like I hit rock bottom when I watched and masturbated to transwoman porn even though I am undoubtedly heterosexual. I haven't been able to get the images and thoughts out of my head and it's killing me inside. I am forcing myself to not get aroused by the recurring images in my head and stopping myself from not watching any more.

So I hope you can help me out and help me function normally again.
