    Hi All, I joined last year, cancelled my access and now imI back. I thought I was too good for this platform but my problem has intensified. I am broken and I need help. Ive just finished PMO session and I am down in the dumps.

    I've taken up the 14 day challenge...at leastle think I have. Ive posted in the challenge thread. Is this correct?

    Welcome back to the Forum Brother!

    You've made an excellent choice by starting your NoFap journey, and yes, you've joined the 14-day challenge. That's a very good place to start in my opinion.
    As you probably already know, this Forum contains lots and lots of very useful information about porn addiction and great tips how to avoid relapses and make your NoFap journey as successful as possible. Don't hesitate to ask questions or tips from other users. Remember we're all here to help each other out.
