Hey guys im Sam, I'm 36 and I'v been following the forum for a while now and decided it was time I got serious and sign up and really go nofap. My situation is weird, I don't think I have an addiction to masturbating but I do love to look at porn, wheather it be videos on porn sites or scrolling through big booty pics. I do think I have issues with porn induced ED from looking at so much of it... Though I don't think I've masturbated excessively, was usually like once a day sometimes twice and always while watching porn. I would sometimes edge but usually I would only spend about 30 minuets masturbating till I would cum, but the porn would continue through out the day and even at work.
I recently started dating an awesome girl, I entend to continue having sex with once or twice a week as we have been doing. As for now I have actually been doing very well with No Nut November with the exception of real sex.
Well I've never had to write all this out before, and I'm still learning the effects porn has had on me so I'm sorry this post was all over the place
