    Hi, I'm a 22 year old female and I watch porn and masturbate daily since I was 19. It accelerated after my depression when I was 19 after I broke up with my ex.
    I have a boyfriend since last 3 years and I have never been able to achieve an orgasm with him. I think it's party cause of the porn and masturbation.
    A few days ago, I took to spirituality where I read that masturbating hampers the "chakra energy" and the overall success.
    I need help
