    Hello,
    I'm 21 years old now and currently a college student Asia. It's likely that I'm addicted to masterbate, while watching JAV and reading hentai.
    I used to masterbate like 4 times a week but in the recent 4 months after breaking up with my girlfriend, I smoked weed and masterbated a lot *5 times a week and average 2 times a day*. It felt great at first when you were high, though after getting low I found my life pointless and meaningless. I realize now that the fact that unable to control my animal instinct is one of the reasons my first love dumped me.
    Joining NoFap, I hope to get control of masterbate chaos routine as well as heading toward a better, healthy lifestyle. I wish the same to you.
    P/S: is it okay to set a date to masterbate, for example: every Tuesday and Saturday? since I have read on the internet that it is normal for me under 30 to fap 2-3 times a week. Thanks.

    Your goals with nofap are up to you, bro. Some guys find that tapering their MO habits off, or scheduling it out helps them. Others stop completely at once, aka "go cold turkey." It's up to you, bro. Many will have strong opinions on this topic. But you have to find what method works best for YOU, which one brings you the most success in reaching your goals. That path is not the same for everybody.

    The big thing, imo, is to quit porn completely. Doing that alone will reduce your masturbation frequency. Do that, then take it from there.

    Hello, thanks for your welcome!
    Yeah, I am starting with the 7-day steak first, then maybe 30-day challenge. Although sometimes I find it hard to resist touching myself - e.g: after the gym, you know, the testoterone's just going up and up.
    Luckily I was sick yesterday and the day after that, hence the first 3 days of the challenge was going well :)

    Ha! I'm glad that I'm not the only one who feels horny after working out! Lol. You're right, it's bec your testosterone is spiked up, and also bec you feel more self-confident and good abt your body, I think.

    You just need to come up with a plan of what you will do to relax after a workout so you don't indulge that temptation after your workout.

    You can do it, man! One day at a time!!

    Day 8: I made it, yes, I fucking made it! What a week it has been!
    Every night i came back from working out, I would either fall immediately to sleep or fight hard against the temptation to masterbate. But I did it, still, day 8 and I wonder how long can I keep the streak going... I want to do it so bad...

    I'm making progress, it has been 8 days PMO free. I am going to the gym now... the hardest part is lifting myself up from this bed to gear up, gain testostérone so that tonight I have to fight my-horny-self again
    Seriously it is so hard...
    but i am doing it, until the nature takes care of the sperm for me in my wet dreams.
