Hello everyone! I’m trying to escape chronic depression

    Hi!
Im a 31 year old dude, and was happily fapping along to porn almost every evening before going to bed. I never saw a problem with this, until I stumbled across this YouTuber called Universal Man. Thinking about it, I don’t think, that some of my sexual preferences are really “me” and I sometimes had problems getting off. But the real issue for me is, that I have a chronic depression. It is not very drastic in it’s symptoms from the outside, cause I guess I’m functioning very well - but it sure does not feel nice, to feel sad and lonely pretty much every time you come to rest.

I learned, that there is a connection to porn, so I decided, I want to quit... This was 3 months ago and I never made it more than 14 days in a row. Probably because I am in a relationship and I never truly tried the 90 days hard mode reboot. So, the next step is to tell my girlfriend (6 months relationship), that I don’t want to have sex with her for the next three months. I’m super nervous about it. Gonna tell her next weekend.

So I really want to succeed this time, cause it is not just me involved. I have a really busy job. My challenge is to stay on track, even when I’m super stressed and tired.

    Wish me luck.
And I wish all the luck to everyone reading this!
