    Hello guys. I just discovered this website thru an article in the Esquire Magazine, and i totally felt identified with the basics here, so i decided to join the challenge starting today. My first goal will be 90 days and I want to ask for tips and advices so i can make it!

    I also want to know if you guys recommend to avoid sex for this time, or not...

    Welcome Dani! Imho the best option is to go like NoFap no porn forever and no sex for 90 days( hardmode) but as the 90 days pass you might have sex but never fap or watch porn from this moment ever again.

    Hi dani, I just joined here three days ago and I'm on my hard mode so I suggest you come to my boat too and get a move on,you can do it bro so hung in there. Oh by the way, you may need to delete that link because of that thumbnail of p*** images and it could be a huge trigger to anyone here even you!
