I am new on this comunity and i want to share my story:

I'm an 18 year old guy, student who is in way to get over the porn and masturbation addiction. I started watching porn at 11-12 and, since that first video, my life changed. Everything on my mind was about sex, about genitals, about nudity.

Porn took me to try many content like BDSM, rape, hardcore, femdom, trap, gay (i´m straight). Too much porn for a lifetime. And, you know, my mind had a sexual over-estimulation, and my mind is full of porn. Equally, my cell phone was full of porn videos and photos.

I think that my worst time was at 15-16 years old. That was the limit point. However, after this time, is too hard for me stop my porn consumption and masturbation. This reached a injuring point, for my genitals, my column and my mind of course.

When i realized my addict condition i said: "Hey man, you are wasting you're time and you're destroying your mind and your body". So, i took a decision: Stop watching porn and stop masturbation.

Well, i tried so many times, but i can't get no satisfaction! (Haha). So, i came to the internet and search how to stop PMO, and i went with you. I really need a daily motivation and a week diary with my fapstronaut stories.

At this time i have one week of abstinence (no porn or masturbation) and i really feel great, I have an anti-porn block and anti add filter, also the Google Safe Search and i delete all he porn of my computer and cell phone. The last time i relapsed at 2 weeks.
