    My name is a Fred and I have problem with PMO. Now, its going too far because it is affecting me daily by destroying my mood and my general well-being.

    Thank you. I believe it is a real struggle in this extremely sexualized era, but doable. I(we) can break free by supporting each other and giving each other advises like we're doing in this great forum.
