Hello everyone

I am a 19(turning 20 in exactly a month from now) male. I have been addicted to pornography for 7 years now and have been fapping for almost 3 years. I honestly believe that these two things have ruined my life big time over the last couple of years. I am a socially awkward person and have no friends at all. In addition to this I should mention that I have never had a girlfriend. I hope that by beginning this journey, I can remedy these aspects of my life for a better future for myself.
