Hi everyone here. Am a 27 year old guy, trying to recover from PIED.
I did do a nofap hard mode for 1 month and it did improve my sex life a lot.
But I relapsed and got addicted. Tired quitting numerous times, stopped PMO completely for 4-5 days on many occasions but I again seem to fall back into the trap again.
I have a gf for quite a long time, but this addiction started when we were in different cities.
So, its difficult explaining her, how I loose control every now and then, and its hampering my personal life.
During the course of my porn addiction I got into some shitty and sick fantasies, which depressed me sometimes after masturbation. I had been exposed to high quality porn in my 20s, my teen years were pretty good, and I was very much into real life experiences.
So I can say am addicted to porn for last 4-5 years.

Anyways, am again doing the hard mode, today is the 8th day.
Stopped myself from the need of porn the last few days.
Hope to have encouragement from all you guys, and advises are highly welcomed.

Hi. Welcome to forum! Make sure you crate a journal in Reboot Logs section and blog there on a regular basis as well as generally be active part of forum discussions. It usually helps to keep us motivated and accountable when we are active part of community. And keeps this in front of our minds so we don't forget it's importance and slip away.
