Hi, i'm a newbie to then nofap community. Or newbie to the whole thing. I joined just to get off my addiction to masturbation. After watching porn for the first time, i have not stopped masturbating since. It has been a year now and i am feeling the side effects. I have joined listening to some stories about NoFap on youtube. I hope i can be successful after going through the NoFap challenges. Thank you for accepting me into the community
