    Hello, I'm a 20 year old male. You can Call me Griff.

    I have finally decided to try nofap. I wpuld say that i have been addicted to porn/ sexualized material for a good 8 years. I have tried to change a number of times by myself and have failed. I have relapse too many times to count. I was ashamed of my actions and didn't really tell anyone about this side of me. It put a strain on my relationships with my family and partners.

    I have decided to try nofap in order to get control of my life. I am hopeful that this is the time that i will get past my porn addiction.

    I have heard that there are private or public journals. Where do I go to write in them?
