Hello, for a better life

Hello everyone. I tried many times in the past, but i wasn't able to win. It's the first time that I'm using this forum because i feel that this can help me to go through everything. I'm experiencing ED and PE, and I think i reached the bottom of the ocean now. I'm on my 3 day, i want to have a better life and i don't want my long distance relationship to be an excuse. I want to be a better person and feel that kind of things only with my partner. I will need your help, and of course you'll have mine
