Hi!

I'm a 26 year old gay male in the US and I've been failing at nofap for a couple of years.

I need help. The sexual function isn't where it should be at my age. The feeling of continuing to do something I intend not to do (PMO) is worrisome. I want more control. I want to have more energy to direct toward productive goals. I'm looking to connect with guys who believe in nofap and have tips or suggestions for me. So feel free to reach out! Nothing you want to say to me is off limits.
