    Hello Samuel! My advice is set some goals, and work towards them daily. Find out what it is that leads you to PMO, and change how you handle it. This is not easy, and really for some addicts it takes the threat of jail or death or something grave like that to get them to change themselves.

    Not saying you are an addict, just relating my own experience.

    Yeah, ill reflect about what you're saying. I think for me the porn is like a rebellion. It gives me a sense of freedom. Its like an space in which i dont have to sensor myself. I usually watch milf porn. Mostly pictures. And sometimes stepmon porn hehe
