    Hello there,

    I'm from India. I am trying to quit PMO as I feel I've wasted half my life on it. It's more than just a recreational thing. It's compulsive. Like an addict who can no longer be satisfied with just a small dose.

    I'm 23 and I'm trying to break this almost 16 years habit. I once stopped PMO altogether for 50 days. And I could've continued on. But I had based my "support system" on a love that failed. Since then, a few attempts to stop were futile, and every home alone was looked forward to. I became anti social.

    Hoping to reclaim my life back with someone who would want to stop PMO for good. Marriage sex OK, PMO not.

    Looking forward to the sunshine!
