hello guys. just need some information about NoFap

    Hello everyone my name is Guy and ive been in NoFap for about 33 days.
    Yesterday I had a wet dream and today I felt kind of drained when it comes to power,confidence and such(nofap benefits) so is it natural and will I get my nofap benefits soon? ,also I would like to know some stuff about women attraction( if its real and such) and ,lastly if you could give me extra information about stuff I might experience I would like that. Thank you everyone.
